Ingredients:
1 kg of meat mixed with fat
1 kg basmati rice - wash and in color
briyani powder 1 packet
1 packet of spices meat
2 shallots - ground
2 shallots - ground
1/2 inch ginger - ground
1/2 small cans of ghee
1 can milk diluted
1 inch cinnamon stick
3 star anise
2 cardamom pods
Salt to taste
Method:
A. Meat boiled until soft. Meanwhile biryani spices and spice stir-fry the meat with ground ingredients until fragrant with a little ghee.
Two. Insert cinnamon stick, star anise and cardamom. Stir for a moment.
Three. Enter the boiled meat with boiling water into the pot once the spice. Boil for a while.
4. After the soup just to boil, pour into clean washed rice (follow the rice). Season with salt.
Five. Add the milk and 1/2 cans of ghee. Mix well and tanak until cooked.
Note: Serve this rice with vegetables and fried chicken and presented. For vegetables and presented, you will need 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumber, a pepper Bengal, a little coriander and juice of one lime. Small cut vegetables, and toss with lime juice.
